What counts as a token?
A token is roughly 3/4 of a word. A typical chat answer uses a few hundred to a few thousand tokens. Paid plans include unlimited chat under fair use, so you don't need to count.
What happens when I hit my daily limit?
Your daily allowance resets at midnight (server time). You can wait for the reset, upgrade to a higher plan, or buy prepaid image/video credits that never expire.
Do media credits expire?
No. Image and video credits stay on your account until you use them. They are consumed only after your plan's daily allowance is exhausted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly and annual plans can be cancelled from your profile; access continues until the end of the paid period. The Weekly Pass is a one-time 7-day access, not a recurring subscription.
Is the API included in a subscription?
No. The web app and the API are separate. API access is pay-as-you-go, billed per million tokens at the Flash or Pro rate. You can top up from the API dashboard.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card (Stripe) and crypto (BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL). Card payments activate instantly; crypto payments are verified on-chain.
